Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from ebac-watersupply.com, operated by E-Bac Water Supply (“E-Bac”, “we”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only. They are not sold as drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not sold for human or veterinary use. E-Bac does not provide medical, dosing or usage advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes and that you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. We confirm your order by email once payment is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was shown in error, or if we reasonably believe the order does not meet these terms.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal, using your PayPal account or a debit or credit card. We never see or store your card or bank details. Your order is confirmed once PayPal completes the payment.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, and returns by our returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier's confirmed address.

Handling and storage

Store and handle products as described on the label and in the manufacturer's documentation. Do not use any product past its printed expiry date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from use of a product other than as labelled.
