Unopened vials in their sealed cartons can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

What is in each vial?
Each 30 mL multiple-dose vial contains sterile water with 0.9% (9 mg/mL) benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. Nothing else.
How should I store it?
Store at 20–25 °C (68–77 °F), away from light. Do not freeze. Check the expiry printed on the vial and carton before use.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day from the United States. Later orders ship the next business day. Every order includes tracking.
