Rates by order size
Shipping is based on the number of vials in your order. You choose Standard or Priority in your cart before paying.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. Priority is always charged at the rate shown.
Delivery times are carrier estimates from the day your order ships, and are not guaranteed. For orders of 200 vials or more, shipping is quoted with your wholesale order.
Dispatch
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and US federal holidays, ship the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including PO boxes for Standard shipping.
Packaging
Each vial ships in its own carton, packed to arrive intact. Bacteriostatic water is stored at controlled room temperature and does not require cold shipping.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or a vial is broken, email support@ebac-watersupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
