The product
What is in each vial?
Each 30 mL multiple-dose vial contains sterile water with 0.9% (9 mg/mL) benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. Nothing else.
What does multiple-dose mean?
The benzyl alcohol preservative inhibits bacterial growth, so the vial can be accessed more than once, unlike single-use sterile water.
How should I store it?
Store at 20–25 °C (68–77 °F), away from light. Do not freeze. Check the expiry printed on the vial and carton before use.
Which lot will I receive?
We are currently shipping lot GL120726, expiry June 2029. The lot and expiry are printed on every vial and carton, and listed on this site whenever they change.
Do you have a certificate of analysis?
Manufacturer documentation is available for the current lot. Independent third-party testing is being arranged, and the report will be published on the product page as soon as it is complete.
Ordering and payment
Which pack should I choose?
All packs contain the same 30 mL vial. Larger packs lower the price per vial: the 10-pack is 10% less per vial than single vials, and the 50-pack is 25% less. You can order any number of packs.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card through PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Can I reorder quickly?
Yes. Your last order is remembered on the device you ordered from, and the home page and cart offer a one-click Reorder button.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
For orders of 200 vials or more, request a quote on our Wholesale page and we will reply with pricing and lead time.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same business day from the United States. Later orders ship the next business day. Every order includes tracking.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is based on the number of vials in your order and is free on orders of $200 or more. You can choose faster Priority shipping in your cart. See the Shipping page for the full rate table.
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Returns and support
Can I return it?
Unopened vials in their sealed cartons can be returned within 30 days. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.
How do I reach you?

Do you give dosing or usage advice?
No. This product is sold for research use only, and we do not provide medical, dosing or usage guidance.
