Returns and refunds

Unopened vials in their sealed cartons can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.

What can be returned

  • Unopened vials, with the flip-off cap and seal intact, in their original cartons.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Because this is a sterile product, we cannot accept vials that have been opened, punctured or had the cap removed, or that have been stored outside the labelled conditions.

How to start a return

Email support@ebac-watersupply.com with your order reference and the items you would like to return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, leaking, past its expiry or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
